As you may have figured out, bill did not get released on April 19th as his PTO entailed. There is another meeting of the Parole board on tuesday and they will review his case again then and hopefully he will be home not to long afterward.

He was transfered without warning from Coastal state prison to another institution about 8 weeks ago and has been in lockdown since without any outside contact other than letters and visits from friends. He will probably remain in this situation for the duration of his time remaining due to an investigation involving the cellblock he was on at coastal state, and the people in the neighboring cell, but thats all the info I know at this time.

This is most likely why he has also not been released yet since they are still "investigating" who was and wasnt involved.
